THE BEST WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT
The best way to lose weight isn't leave the food, or take the way to diet, really, eating healthy food and get physically active is the way that we lose weight quickly, but remeber that the body likes slow changes in terms of food and exercise. For example, someone who has not exercised for years should not rush into running miles a day, in this case the exercise does not have to be excessive.
The same goes for people who suddenly start starving themselves. Diets that severely restrict the types of food 'allowed' can lead you to be deficient in the nutrients and vitamins that the body needs, according to the nutritionist John Pillinger. The body needs the food to generate de energy, but it stores the excess of this energy as fat. This means if we eat more food than our body needs for daily activities, we will gain weight.
To lose weight, we need to get the body to use up these stores of fat. The most effective way to do this is to: reduce the amount of calories we eat (with healthy food) and increase our levels of activity.
On the other hand, every single time we exercise more than usual, we burn calories and fat. There are lots of ways to increase the amount of activity we do. Team sports, racket sports, aerobics classes, running, walking, swimming and cycling, are some sports that we can practice to lose weight. Get out and about at the weekend. Leave our car on the drive and walk to the shops. Try to incorporate longer walks into outings to the park, coast or countryside and take a picnic so we are in control of what you are going to eat that day.
Every extra step you take helps. Always we use the stairs instead of the lift, or get off the bus a stop before the usual one and walk the rest of the way.
