The exercise y some very important in the life of the people, becouse you need it for have a physical fitness... the people should do exercise 30 minutes every day becouse people how are active life longer a feel better.
The exercise can help you to prevent diabetes, some cancers and hearth problems. And if the people are active very early in the life they will have a good life.
Every people can begin a exercise program with easy exercises how for example practice sports every wekends early in the morning, swimming, bicycling or running. If the peoplo do some exercise they can less weight.
Also if you want you can go out with your group of friends to do exercise since you won't get bored this way or you can begin to go to the gym.
You should go to the nutritionist and there to obtain a diet that allows you to have a healthy life.
