Dear Lina:
I am writing this letter whit the purpose of giving you some advices to improve your health. As everybody knows, to have a good health we need to change our eating habits and our daily rutins.
In order to keep on fit, it's neccesary eat more fruit, drink more water, eat more vegetables, try not to eat food that has to much fat or sugar. It's important to take into account doing regular excersice and increasing the time you work out in the gym. Besides this is for the great importance to mantain calm and not stressed because health maybe at risk.
In the most recent research inverstigation scientist have discovered that the ingest of nutrients is appropiate to have a better health. I hope this advices can change for a good your health status. Love and best wishes. Juan Hernández
