LETTER TO COMPLAIN

Bogotá, November 20 of 2007

My name is Oscar Rodriguez. I bought two tickets in your company the last week, because I traveled from Bogotá to Cartagena with my girlfriend. But, I had some problems with you transport service.
First of all, the bus was too slow, every time the bus stopped and the driver told us that the engine was overheated meanwhile, the assistant turned the radio very high.
Secondly, when the bus was outside of Bogotá city, one tire was punctured and everybody had to leave the bus for a long time. Besides at the night the door of the bus was damaged and any passengers got the flu.
In addition to this, my girldfriend`s bag disappeared with her personal objects, and nobody knew where it was.
Taking everything into account, I hope this situation does don`t happen again. Of course, I will not be traveling with your company again, but I hope that my complaint has been useful for us.
